1. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Rates:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 30% processing fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date will incur a one-night charge as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Non-Refundable Rates:

    • Bookings made under non-refundable rates cannot be modified or refunded. The full payment will be charged at the time of booking.

  • Special Promotions or Discounts:

    • Some promotional or discounted rates may have specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the individual booking details for any special conditions or exceptions.

2. Modifications to Existing Bookings

  • Date Changes: If you need to change your check-in or check-out dates, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in. Any changes are subject to availability, and the rate for the new dates may differ.

  • Room Type Changes: Requests for changes in room type will depend on availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to discuss options.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation request is processed, refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notifying us in advance, your booking will be considered a No-Show, and the full amount will be charged. No refunds or modifications will be allowed for No-Show bookings.

5. Early Departures

If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be provided for unused nights, unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In the event your booking is affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, including a full refund or rebooking options.
